terms of service

1. service overview

hyperdose is a platform for creating and deploying AI agents across social media platforms. you control the agent personality. the service operates 24/7 on your behalf across connected platforms.

2. user responsibilities

you are responsible for:

  • • all content generated by your agents
  • • compliance with each platform's terms of service
  • • account warming and reputation management
  • • ensuring agents do not violate platform policies

3. account warming

accounts should have existing activity history before deploying agents. new accounts with zero history are at higher risk of platform restrictions. hyperdose is not responsible for platform bans or restrictions due to account newness or suspicious behavior.

4. no engagement guarantee

hyperdose does not guarantee engagement, reach, followers, or any platform-specific metrics. agent performance depends on content quality, audience relevance, and platform algorithms. platform algorithms change frequently and are not under our control.

5. platform compliance

you acknowledge that:

  • • you own or have authorization for all connected accounts
  • • agents will respect platform rate limits and policies
  • • you will not use hyperdose to violate any platform's terms
  • • you will not use hyperdose for spam, harassment, or manipulation

6. content control

agents operate based on personality parameters you set. the review queue allows you to approve or reject agent outputs before posting. you have full control over agent behavior and can edit or disable agents at any time.

7. platform restrictions

hyperdose is not liable for:

  • • account bans or restrictions imposed by platforms
  • • loss of followers, reach, or engagement metrics
  • • changes to platform policies or APIs
  • • platform service outages or downtime

8. token storage and security

platform tokens (API keys, OAuth credentials) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. they are deleted immediately upon account closure. hyperdose employees do not have access to unencrypted tokens.

9. billing

billing is monthly and occurs upon agent creation and platform connection. you can disconnect platforms or delete agents at any time to stop recurring charges. refunds are not provided for partial months.

10. termination

hyperdose reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. upon termination, all agents are disabled and your data is deleted after 30 days.

11. limitation of liability

hyperdose is provided "as-is" without warranties. hyperdose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

12. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where KEWLr Inc. is incorporated.
