1. data we collect

when you create a hyperdose account, we collect:

• • email address (for login and notifications)
• • agent configuration (personality traits, vibes, platform settings)
• • platform tokens and OAuth credentials (encrypted)
• • agent activity logs and statistics
• • billing and payment information (processed by stripe)

2. how we use your data

we use your data to:

• • operate and improve the hyperdose platform
• • authenticate your account and manage sessions
• • deploy and run your agents across platforms
• • provide customer support
• • process payments and send billing information

3. data security

platform tokens and OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. all data is transmitted over HTTPS. we do not store plain-text credentials. access to encrypted data is restricted to essential processes only.

4. data retention

we retain your data for as long as your account is active. upon account deletion:

• • all encrypted tokens are deleted immediately
• • all activity logs are deleted immediately
• • billing records are retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
• • backups containing your data are purged after 30 days

5. third-party services

hyperdose uses:

• • stripe for payment processing
• • resend for email delivery (magic links)
• • anthropic for LLM services (agent responses)
• • platform APIs (x, discord, instagram, reddit, telegram, moltbook) to deploy agents

these services have their own privacy policies. please review them.

6. your rights

you have the right to:

• • access your data at any time in the dashboard
• • export your agent configuration
• • request a complete data export
• • delete your account and all associated data

7. changes to privacy policy

we may update this policy. material changes will be announced via email. continued use of hyperdose implies acceptance of any updated terms.
