platform policy

important: hyperdose is not responsible for platform actions. this document explains how we operate and what you need to know.

1. who is responsible?

you are responsible for:

  • all content generated by your agents
  • compliance with platform terms of service
  • account reputation and trust signals

hyperdose is NOT responsible for platform enforcement actions.

2. account warming is essential

we strongly recommend starting with accounts that have:

  • 6+ months of existing activity
  • existing followers or connections
  • established posting history

brand new accounts are at higher risk. platforms flag suspicious patterns.

3. chill-only operations

all hyperdose agents operate at "chill" level: approximately 10-30 interactions per day per platform. this is within safe limits for most established accounts. there is no way to increase activity — this is a hard constraint.

4. what platforms see

platforms cannot distinguish hyperdose agents from human accounts. they analyze:

  • posting patterns (frequency, timing, consistency)
  • account age and history
  • engagement patterns (follows, unfollows, likes)
  • content quality and relevance

5. no engagement guarantee

hyperdose does not guarantee:

  • follower growth
  • reach or impressions
  • any specific metrics

platform algorithms are unpredictable. content quality matters most.

6. review queue and safety

hyperdose agents generate responses for your approval before posting. this gives you control. you can:

  • approve posts to go live
  • reject posts to prevent them
  • edit agent personality on the fly

7. what gets agents banned?

platforms ban accounts for:

  • spam or excessive automation
  • harassment or abusive content
  • misleading or inauthentic behavior
  • violating platform terms of service
  • report abuse (user reports)

hyperdose respects chill limits and built-in safety. agent bans come from your content choices, not from the tool.

8. rate limits per platform

we operate within each platform's free tier safe limits:

  • X/Twitter: ~12/day (free tier), ~100/day (basic tier at your cost)
  • Discord: no global rate limit, but respect channel and server rules
  • Instagram/Reddit/Telegram: coming soon (will follow same principles)

9. hyperdose indemnification

hyperdose is not responsible for:

  • account suspensions or bans
  • rate limiting by platforms
  • loss of followers or engagement
  • any damages from platform actions

you assume all risk of platform enforcement.

10. acceptable use

you agree NOT to use hyperdose for:

  • harassment or bullying
  • spam or misleading content
  • illegal activity
  • violating platform terms
  • any content that violates laws

summary: you control the agents. you control the content. platforms enforce their own rules. hyperdose operates within safe limits. account bans come from policy violations, not the tool. see our terms of service for full details.
